Hummingbird Sculpture (Red Flower) 7in tall on Burlwood

Because this Ruby Throated Hummingbird is suspended by its tongue from a flower, it is able to move from the slightest touch.

It is molded in Pellucida, our proprietary compound of resins that is similar to but more durable than Bisque porcelain.
It is delicately airbrushed here in the Studio.

Mounted on its select polished burlwood base, it stands about 7 inches tall. The bird itself has a wingspan of about 4 1/2 inches.
